RANDOM CHARACTER: EDDIE LOW - SECOND ENCOUNTER

If you're near the Plumbers Skyway area between the hours of 10pm and 4am you may have noticed a friend icon near the corner of Aspdin Drive and Cockerell Avenue. Approach Eddie with a weapon drawn, it's gonna turn ugly very soon.

After the last of Eddie's quality dialogue run back to a safe distance then shoot him.

We'll miss your extreme creepyness Eddie.

Flying Rat #171

Go west to the corner of Kemeny Street and Aspdin Drive. A little to the north past the Plumbers Skyway intersection there's a row of similar-looking houses on the east side of the street. There's a pidgeon in the basement of the second house to the north.

Unique Stunt Jump #27

This jump is in an alley off of Bedrock Street, but before you start...

Flying Rat #172

Shoot the pidgeon next to the ramp.

Start your run up north of the ramp from the wall of the building on Bedrock Street and lean forward for extra speed.

You'll complete the jump if you clear the Vitullo intersection and land in Koresh Square.

Unique Stunt Jump #28

This jump is a flight of stairs a little to the east of the last, halfway along Koresh Avenue on the north side. Start your run up from the wall of the building to the south. You should complete this jump if you land at the end of the alleyway or on Johnstown Avenue.
