Go south on Albany Avenue then east along Hematite Street, but stop before you go over the bridge into Charge Island. Turn north here, down the steps and under the freeway. There's a pidgeon amongst a pile of trash a little way north, roughly level with the road above that you can see on the map.
Get onto the southbound freeway then take the exit onto Garnet Street. Cut across to the other side of the street as soon as you reach the end of the off ramp then park up at the top of the stairs next to the road. Run down to the bottom of the stairs and climb over the loose metal fence under the bridge. Shoot the pidgeon here then head back for your bike.
Head south to the corner of Emerald Street and Borlock Road. There's an alleyway just past this intersection. Start your run up from the southern end of the alleyway and hit the ramp to land on Feldspar Street.
Ride to the corner of Amethyst Street and Albany Avenue. At the end of the covered walkway in front of the building is a ramp leading east over South Parkway. Start your run up from the corner of Amethyst Street and Bismarck Avenue and you should get enough speed up to land before the water on Bus Lane.
Go north to the corner of Diamond Street and Columbus Avenue. There's a traffic barrier ramp at the memorial building to the west. Start your run up from the Broker Bridge gates to the east to get enough distance from the ramp to clear the other traffic barrier on the other side of the building.
This one can be quite tricky with so much traffic in the way, but any health you lose can be replenished at the hotdog vendor on the far side of the memorial.
Go southwest to the southernmost of the five piers you can see on the map at the docks in Castle Gardens. There's a pidgeon on the railings of the steps between the first and second pier.
Head north to Garnet Street and ride up the stairs between Galveston and Frankfort Avenue. Ride through the barriers with enough speed to jump the gap, then go north along the tracks until you reach a building which was presumably once a train station. There's a pidgeon on the ground here in the middle of the tracks.
Carry on riding north to the end of the tracks. If you start your run up from the train station you should land far enough onto Union Drive West to complete the jump.
Head east to Union Drive East Freeway. There's a ramp pointing south between the medians roughly level with Pyrite Street to the west. Start your run up from under the pedestrian bridge to the north to land beyond the pedestrian bridge.
Your final bike stunt jump in Algonquin is a tough one, so we advise parking your bike outside your downtown safehouse and saving your game before heading for this jump.
From the safehouse head to the entrance gates of the Liberty City Community Headquarters on Albany Avenue. Once you enter the grounds you'll get a four-star wanted level, so watch out for police. Ride east then turn north under the covered walkway and up the staircase to the northeast.
Be particularly careful as you struggle to get your bike up the steep stairs, there are cops on these stairs, get busted here and you'll lose all your ammo. Get off the bike briefly to take out nearby cops before you ride to the top. Go around the balcony then hit the balcony ramp slowly to land on top of the covered walkway. Go west across the walkway then turn north for your final run up to the jump. Lean forward on your run up to get enough speed up to land far enough into the grounds below. Continue north to the next ramp to escape the grounds. Good luck losing your wanted level. We always find crashing head first into a brick wall at high speed is the fastest way.
There are six more pidgeons on Happiness Island, but we'll leave these until after the final mission for convenience, so we're done with Algonquin for now.
