PEST CONTROL

Go to Jimmy's place, watch the cut scene then get in the car outside.

Flying Rat #168

While you wait for Jimmy's decision head north to Big Horn Drive where the road curves south on the western end. There's a pidgeon to shoot on a fencepost surrounding the large swimming pool behind the even larger mansion.

After Jimmy calls drive to the marker. After the brief cut scene tail the cars to the gas station then blow up the station by sniping the gas pumps from a safe distance.

The ensuing fireball should take out all targets, but if not give chase and driveby shoot the car.
