Head to Phil's icon at his office to start this mission.

Drive Phil over to the Sprunk factory and listen to Phil's instructions. He gives two options for approaching the mission. The easier option is via the tunnel, but before you head down to the tunnel...

Flying Rat #166

Take out the pidgeon opposite the Sprunk bottle cutout billboard on top of an electrical box on the west side of the street.

Go around to the left as you approach the factory, over the wall and left again into the tunnel. There's a hole in the tunnel wall on the left by the electricity generator, go through the hole and up into the factory. Take out the first two goons then briefly head through the door at the bottom of the stairs. Take out the guy outside then go back inside and work your way up the stairs carefully taking out the numerous goons on the next level. When you've cleared this level Charlie will retreat.

Carefully go up up to the next level using the fallen ceiling as a ramp. Take out the goons scattered around this level. If you need more health there's a first aid kit on the wall just before you reach the back room.

Take out the gunmen in the back room then drop through the window Charlie fled through and run for cover to the nearby ventilator duct. Take out yet more men here then pick off the guys shooting from the roof above you to the left, the smokestack up high behind you and to your right below you.

When the coast is clear head across the covered walkway and back across the next covered walkway a little further on to the ladder on the wall. Climb the ladder and take down the few guys scattered around the smokestacks, then climb the second ladder to the roof.

After the cutscene you must take down the helicopter before Charlie can escape. If you have any rockets use one to take it down quickly, otherwise you'll have to use machinegun fire. Once the helicopter goes down you've completed the mission.

All you have to do know is find your way out of the factory. If you go back the way you came up to the covered walkways there's a roof you can use to jump down to ground level.
