CIVIL ASSET VEHICLE IMPOUND: Sanchez & Polaris V8

On the west side of Vice Docks, just west of the Pay 'n' Spray is a list of cars you need to return to the impound. You need to return 32 vehicles in total over four lists of eight vehicles. Two of the vehicles on the first list can only be found on the east island which you can't access yet, but there are a few easy one's we'll drop off as we go along. The first is the Sanchez and there just happens to be one right opposite where Lance dropped you off from the previous mission. Drop this off at the impound then go to Business #2 and get the Polaris V8 parked outside. Take this to the impound then head back to the dirt track.
