Cuban Hermes: In the driveway of a house just north of the end of the alleyway containing the body armour in Little Havana.

Boxville: On the eastern edge of the Print Works building.

Once you've returned this car you'll get an extra $300 bonus for completing the first list, then the next list will pop up. You can get the cars on the second list from the following locations:

List 2:

Comet: In the parking lot between the airport and the gas storage plant in the south-west of Little Havana
Banshee: In the driveway of the second mansion on the right on Starfish Island as you head east.
Cheetah: In the largest mansion (Diaz's mansion in GTA Vice City and also later on in this game), next along on the right from the previous mansion on Starfish Island.
Freeway: Outside the White Stallionz gay bar in west Little Haiti.
Sentinel XS: In the Mendez Brothers mansion on the northern side of Prawn Island.
Wintergreen: The cop Wintergreens are no good, it has to be an unmarked Wintergreen. You can find one in the parking lot behind the Malibu Club in south Vice Point.
Mule: Usually found driving around right outside the impound, but if you can't find one here there's one parked in an open courtyard in north-central Little Havana just south of Umberto's place.
Phoenix: By what was the Pole Position strip club in GTA Vice City in Ocean Beach, or outside a hotel on the beachfront of Ocean Beach.

Once you've returned all of these vehicles you'll earn an extra $500 bonus and the next list will pop up.

List 3:

Infernus: In the driveway of the second mansion in on the north side of Starfish Island
Stinger: In the driveway of the house in the north-east corner of Starfish Island
PCJ-600: By the north-facing wall of the house just south of the previous house on Starfish Island.
Sabre: In the car park where you picked up the decoy van for the 'Money For Nothing' mission with Lance and Forbes. South-west Downtown.
Deluxo: At the InterGlobal Film Studios on the south side of Prawn Island, or outside the big hotel on the west coast of Vice Point.
Stretch: Outside a hotel in north-east Vice Point, opposite the mall.
Sparrow: On the helipad in the south -east corner of Escobar Airport near the end of the runway.
Maverick: At the north-east corner of Escobar Airport. You'll start the 'Vice Sights' side mission as you get in, do this first then drop the helicopter at the impound once you've completed the mission. Tips for this mission can be found below.

VICE SIGHTS
Complete 5 levels. On each level you need to fly as fast as possible to each marker and stop within the marker whilst your passengers take pictures. Check your map regularly to plan your fastest route to the next marker. The most important thing to do is get as much speed up between markers so your passengers don't get bored. Stopping in the markers can be a little difficult as you approach fast, you can either pull back as you approach to slow down quickly, or use the left and right triggers to change direction as you hit the marker.

The final eight vehicles are all boats that you must take back to the dock just west of the impound yard. These boats can be found at the following locations:

List 4:

Rio: West coast on the jetty where you got on the boat with Martinez's dealer in the very first mission, just off Escobar Airport.
Reefer: West coast off Little Haiti near the safehouse.
Squallo: North-west corner of the marina in south-west Ocean Beach.
Marquis: West side of the marina.
Tropic: East side of the marina.
Dinghy: Under the bridge leading from Leaf Links Golf Course to the west island near one of the bridge supports.
Violator: East of the two Leaf Links Golf Course islands, by a jetty just north of the bridge on Vice Point. When you get the boat take a detour to get three red balloons which can only be reached by boat...

Balloon 2
The first one is under the bridge linking the two golf course islands. Pull the boat up near the bridge and press the triangle button to get control of your guns. Switch to your sniper rifle and shoot the balloon from the boat.

Balloon 3
Now take the boat south to the next bridge and keep going south-east past the third and fourth bridge. The balloon is under the fifth bridge. Take this balloon out with your sniper rifle.

Balloon 4
Head south again and stop just before the sixth bridge. The balloon is under the roof of the tall apartment block just north of the bridge.

Jetski: North-east corner of the marina, but before you take it back, use it to do a few unique jumps and another balloon...

Unique Jump 4
Head north to the furthest north of the Leaf Links golf club islands. In the middle of this island on the south side is a large rock rising out of the water. Jump this ramp over the island and make it into the water on the other side to complete the unique jump.

Balloon 5
Stop the Jetski by the northernmost of the three bouys just after you land from the unique jump. Climb onto the bouy and target your sniper rifle on the large palm tree just south of the driving range. You should just about be able to see the balloon behind the tree near the top.

Unique Jump 5
Get back on your Jetski and take it round to the north-east side of the lighthouse on the south-east end of Ocean Beach. There is grass-covered rock rising out of the water just to the left of the lighthouse. Jump the ramp and land in the water on the other side to complete the unique jump. You'll need to get a good run up and press the up arrow button to use the 'crouch technique', whereby if you press up just enough that Vic's head crouches down (not so much that he stands up) you will get less wind resistance and gain more speed.

Unique Jump 6
Just to the west of where you land in the previous jump there is a little inlet with a wooden bridge crossing. There is a rock sticking out of the water next to the bridge. Get a good run up and jump the ramp, landing in the water on the other side of the bridge. Unfortunately you now can't get your Jetski back past the bridge, so you'll have to pick up another one to take back to the impound, however, there is a glitch in the game whereby the game sometimes freezes after you return the last boat, so save your game before returning for another Jetski.

Once you've returned all of the boats you'll have finished the mission. You'll be rewarded by the impound paying all of your Pay 'n' Spray visits from now on, which is really useful now that you don't need the money! Still, it's not about the money, it's about the 100%, right?
