LANCE VANCE 11: Turn On, Tune In, Bug Out (Includes Balloons 74-75)

Lance has discovered the DEA has bugged all of your buildings looking for incriminating evidence. You must knock out the antennae at the police stations which transmit the signals from the bugs.

Time is short on this mission, so get the car in the garage at the mansion and drive to the ammunation store to pick up the rocket launcher Lance has paid for. Pick up a couple more yourself, as one will probably not be enough, but three should certainly do it. If you need it grab some armour here too.

Now take the car to Washington Beach police station. First take out the antenna at the back of the station, then go around front and take out the antenna above the entrance. Each antenna you take out will gain you a wanted star, and unfortunately even visiting a Pay 'n' Spray will not clear it, so by the time you get to the last antenna you will have a 5-star wanted level.

Now get over to the Little Havana police station and take out the two antennae there, ignoring the cops who will be shooting at you.

Do your best to avoid the SWAT vans and head down to the Downtown police station. Go around the back and up the stairs and take out the final two antennae.

Now all you have to do is get a car to the nearest Pay 'n' Spray to lose your wanted level, but this is easier said than done when you have cop cars, unmarked cop cars, SWAT vans and helicopters all doing their best to stop you. Drive along the grass verge on the east shore to avoid the ground vehicles.

Once you've finished this level you'll get a message from Reni about a lucrative contact (s)he has for you. This opens up your next set of missions.

Head over to Prawn Island.

Balloon 74
On the west side of Prawn Island, just before the turn towards the Mendez Brothers mansion. Look across the street towards the InterGlobal Film Studios. There is a water tank beyond the wall. The balloon is on the north-west corner at the base of the tank.

Balloon 75
On the south-east of Prawn Island is a small recess between two buildings just after the road loops back towards the main road. At the back of the recess is a flamethrower pickup. The balloon is under the roof of the building above the recess.
