LANCE VANCE 15: Blitzkrieg Strikes Again (Includes Balloons 93-94)

Lance has got together your old friends Phil and Umberto to help you defeat the Mendez Brothers. Take Lance and help him kill Mendez's men trying to take three of your businesses, while Phil and Umberto defend the rest of your businesses. Use your AK-47 to take out the goons as quickly as possible.

Balloon 93
The building between the car park just south of Business #25 and the underground mall to the south of this. On the north-east corner of the building at second floor level.

Balloon 94
Head east to the big blue-gray and orange hotel on the beachfront. The balloon is high up in the center of the east (front) side of the building.
