LANCE VANCE 3 (FORBES 1): Money For Nothing

Take the car in the car park to the decoy van. Take the decoy van to the warehouse containing the real van. Head east to the main north-south road as quickly as possible to avoid getting boxed in on the narrower roads, then once Lance's progress meter appears slow down to a crawl so that the cop cars can't do too much damage to your van. Drive south, leading the cops away from Lance and Forbes. Once the progress bar reaches just over half-way you'll get a 3-star wanted level and the cops will get more aggressive at ramming you, so speed up a little to keep them from doing too much damage and weave out of the path whenever possible. If you reach the docks before Lance and Forbes get far enough away just drive around the block. Once the progress bar reaches maximum and Lance and Forbes have reached their destination go to the Pay 'n' Spray in the docks to lose your wanted level. Mission complete.

The Civil Asset Impound needs the van you're in and you're right outside, so just drop it off.
