Head back to Business #2 (check the map for the location), go inside, save your game, then start the rep mission here.

15 levels of grabbing a bike or delivery van and returning it to the business. Check your map at the start of each level to get an idea of where the vehicle is and which direction it is heading. This will help you decide which route to take to catch it within the target time. Get in a car (there is usually one parked outside the business) and head for the target vehicle. For bikes you can knock the rider off by smashing into it, vans you'll need to do a drive-by on until they stop. If you get a 2 or more star wanted level and you have the time, head to a Pay 'n' Spray. If it looks like you'll run out of time cancel the mission to save you progress so far. You'll get $150-$200 per vehicle.

Once you've completed level 15, cancel the mission and head back inside the business. Walk up to the notice board and press up and convert this site into a high roller prostitution business.
