MARTY WILLIAMS 4: O' Brothel, Where Art Thou?

Take a car to the gun shop and pick up the shotgun Marty has reserved for you. If you don't have any grenades left buy some of these too.

Leave the store and head north. Pick up the armour if you need it.

Use a grenade to blow up the car outside the brothel then use the shotgun to kill the Cholos that attack. Pick up any ammo left behind then go into the brothel. Kill the Cholo just inside then switch to your baseball bat and smash the bed.

The instructions that follow describe how you will take over the numerous businesses scattered around both islands quite soon. For now though you are done. Marty has bought this place.
