On the north-western point of the mall on the lower level is a BMX bike. Jump on this to start the mission.
The aim of the game here is to ride through all of the coronas within 4 minutes and 30 seconds. The green coronas you must 'wheelie' through (pull back on the controller as you accelerate), the blue coronas you must 'endie' through (push forward on the stick as you brake) and the red coronas you can do whatever you like as you go through.
There are so many coronas on the map it's hard to see where you should go next, that's why it's a good idea to do the upstairs coronas first, plus they are generally easier upstairs. However, there are a few downstairs coronas on the way to the nearest stairs and time is tight, so head to the nearest corona on the seating area in front of you. head around to the other side of the seating area for the next one, then head north-east to the stairs.
Work your way around the mall until you get to the center edge where the walkway splits off over to the opposite side of the mall. Head down here then around the seats and back on yourself along the opposite walkway you just came down until you are back on the other side again. Head south again and around and north until you get back to where you started. Now head back down the stairs and use your minimap to finish off the rest of the coronas.
As long as you don't fall off too much, miss too many coronas and have to reverse, or keep going back on yourself too much you should be able to beat the target time.
