PLAYGROUND ON THE POINT (Includes Balloons 96-97 &Unique Jump 28)

On the south-western point of the mall by the bridge from Prawn Island is a PCJ-600, jump on it to start the mission.

Bear left and get the three markers in the alcove, then turn back on yourself to the marker behind the flower bed near your starting point. Perform a slalom around the flower beds to the next few markers up to the next road north. Turn back on yourself again and get the two markers by the apartments. Head down and around the stairs to the opening in the broken wall that leads onto the bridge. Turn left to the next two markers. Turn right to face the gap between the two apartment blocks. Start from about the middle of the road and get as much speed up as possible up the ramp. Lean back on your bike just before you get to the end of the ramp to get enough height to land on the roof above. You'll need to hit the brakes as soon as you land or you'll shoot off the roof. Turn right and collect the markers around the roof. Drop down from the southern end of the roof as you see the big hotel block in front you and head around to the hotel's entrance on the west side. Go anti-clockwise around the hotel grounds picking up the last few markers.

Balloon 96
Under the middle diving board by the swimming pool at the back of the hotel at the end of the previous location.

Balloon 97
Head to the mansion south-east of the previous location. The balloon is next to/under the eastern staircase.

Unique Jump 28
Head to the south-east corner of the Vice Point Mall. At the end of the pavement here is a ramp. Now head west and use the full length of the pavement to get a run up with the crouch and turn into the ramp. If you jump directly over the 'Brodie's Hotel' sign and into the parking lot behind it you should get the unique jump.
