On the jetty behind the InterGlobal Films Studio is a JetSki. Jump on it to start. You have to complete 8 races of increasing difficulty.

Course 1: Target Time 2:45
A straightforward course with no hard turns, just gentle bends around the circuit.

Course 2: Target Time 3:30
Another straightforward course with no hard turns, just gentle bends around a longer circuit.

Course 3: Target Time 3:20
After the first jump and checkpoint you'll go into the narrow channels between the golf club and the east island. Ease off the gas to turn the fairly hard right around the first island and then go full steam around the slalom turns through the next few checkpoints. Ease off for another fairly hard right and then another as you head back into open water back to the starting point.

Course 4: Target Time 2:45
No real surprises here. Mostly just gentle turns. A short gentle slalom and one fairly hard turn in the narrows.

Course 5: Target Time 3:45
The long turn at the north end of the course is quite tricky, you need to take it at the right angle so that you come out of it lined up correctly for the next jump just as you straighten out. The checkpoint just after the jump at the far east of the course also requires that you take the jump at a diagonal angle then turn left to get back on course. The turn around the south end of the course is also quite long, but you have more time and space to take this one gently.

Course 6: Target Time 6:30
Like the previous course, the turn around the southern end of this course is long and tight, plus the turns around the northern end are quite tricky, but this one is more of a slalom at the north end.

Course 7: Target Time 5:00
The southern end of this course is much easier than the previous course, but the northern end is just as tricky with a tight right and left turn in quick succession.

Course 8: Target Time 6:30
This one's basically the reverse image of the previous course, you are going clockwise around the course instead of anti-clockwise. The tricky parts are as you turn into the narrows on the north-east of the course, and as you come out into the open water at the southern end. Take the previous checkpoint to the south wide on the left to give yourself enough time to turn into the tight southern corner.

In general, as long as you don't fall off too much the times for all courses are generous enough that you should be able to break the target times without too much difficulty once you know the course well enough. Once you've completed level 8 you'll be rewarded with $2500 and the wet suit becomes available at your safehouses... handy.
