Unique Stunt Jump #34

Ride to the eastern end of Guantanemo Avenue. There's a ramp by the water pointing southwest over to the corner of Beaumont Avenue and Windmill Street. Start your run up from the end of the alleyway to the northeast. try to hit the ramp at a diagonal angle so you don't hit the support beams of the bridge as you land. You'll complete the jump if you land on the corner of Beaumont Avenue and Windmill Street.

Unique Stunt Jumps #35-36

Ride east and up onto the unfinished bridge of the Northern Expressway. If you get your approach right there are two jumps in a row to complete here. Keep to the right until you cross the metal sheet covering the gap in the bridge, then turn left over to the other side of the bridge.

The first ramp is ahead on the right side of the bridge, but if you hit it in roughly a straight line from the left lane (allowing for a slight weave around the blocking median) you'll land in the right position to carry straight on for the next ramp. You'll complete this second jump if you make onto, or further than the roof of the building on Rocket Street.

That's the eastern isles completed, now continue on into Algonquin.
