LANCE VANCE 17: Light My Pyre (Includes Balloons 98-99)

When Armando's men blow up Lance's car he'll take off after them on a bike. Grab the nearest vehicle and help him out by doing drive-bys on the goons' cars.

Once you and Lance make it to the Prawn Island bridge you see a cut scene of Lance going into the Mendez Mansion. Get up to the mansion yourself and take out the guards with your AK-47 and/or your sniper rifle if you're a little low on armour/health. You must make it around to the back of the building to the marker on the north side.

Once you make it inside the mansion you'll see another brief cut scene with Armando telling you he's already killed Lance and Louise. Armando will then attack you with a flamethrower, but if you've already completed the firefighter side mission you'll be completely fireproof. Use your AK47 to kill Armando quickly before he calls his guards in.

Once Armando is dead you'll share your last moments with Louise as she dies. Your brother appears to be OK... oh well.

Balloon 98
Inside the Vice Point mall at the southern end under the escalators.

Balloon 99
Inside the mall again, at the top of the western-most of the two trees in the southern-central part of the mall.

All 99 Balloons Reward: M249 now available at your safehouses.
