LANCE VANCE 4: Caught As An Act

Forbes will flee in Lance's car after Lance confronts him about being a cop. There's a Cheetah parked just to the north, jump in this and go after Forbes. Perform a drive by until the car slows down enough that you can get out and catch up on foot to drag Forbes out. After your first shot at the car money will start flying out. For some reason Lance decided keeping your money in the car was a good idea. You must pull Forbes out of the car before all of the money is gone. Once you've caught Forbes the mission is complete.
