MENDEZ BROTHERS 2. Hostile Takeover
(Includes Business 22-23 & Balloon 70-72)

Mouthy Mendez wants you to takeover a business for him. Go do the usual takeover routine on the business. Once you've cleared the place out a group of bikers will take off on their bikes, grab a bike yourself and shoot them all from behind. The business actually belongs to you now, even though you took it for Mendez.

Business 23
Takeover the business to the north-west of Business #21.

Balloon 70
The apartment block just north of Business #23 has a double set of staircases leading up to the top floor. The balloon is at the top of the west set of stairs.

70-balloon reward: You'll now be able to pick up a flamethrower from any of your safehouses.

Balloon 71
Go east onto the main road then take the next left and then left again by the R*Lax poster into an enclosure. Go to the south-west corner of the enclosure and look up to the east. The balloon is under the roof.

Balloon 72
Go north from the R*Lax poster into the enclosure. The balloon is in a tree in the north-west corner.
