MENDEZ BROTHERS 3: Unfriendly Competition (Includes Balloon 73)

Morose Mendez isn't saying much, but mouthy wants you to kill a couple of drug dealers on their turf. Head to the first marker to kill the dealer and his bodyguards. They are packing some heavy firepower, so use the AK-47 to take them down quickly from a distance. Stop to collect the red balloon here...

Underneath the wet bar in the center of the swimming pool of the apartments just north-east of the Vice Point Pay 'n' Spray.

Make a detour to your safehouse to get more ammo and armour. Now head to the next dealer.

This one is going to be tough. This guy is protected by numerous bodyguards, all firing AK-47s or sniper rifles. When they start firing, run for your life. Head over the bridge, collect the health pickup and take cover behind the wall. Switch to your sniper rifle and take out the first guard on top of the diving board. Edge up the path back towards the health icon that will thankfully keep respawning, and take out any guards you can see as you edge forwards. A lot of guards will get stuck after they fall into the empty pool, so you can take out a lot of them by throwing a molotov or other explosive into the pool. Beware though, once they are dead a whole new lot of guards will turn up and start firing at you. Retreat back behind the wall and repeat the previous steps until you've taken them all out and the dealer makes a run for it on the quad bike.

Now head down the path, get on the quad and get after him. Beware of the guard on the back of the bike, she's firing an AK-47 so take her out with your machine pistol first, then you'll start to take down the dealer's health, but beware again because he's now throwing grenades at you.

Once the dealer is dead you'll get a message that a new item is available at the beachside hotel - this is a quad bike where you got the one you're on now. You can now buy a quad from here for $3000, which is pretty useless really. Still, OK if you really like quads I suppose.
