PHIL CASSIDY 1: Cholo Victory

After Phil's drunken rant he'll tell you you're going to do a drive-by shooting on the Cholos.

Drive to the marker on the map at the police station. Phil explains the Cholo usually hang out here, but there are none around now.

Drive to the next marker on the map by the hospital. This time you'll spot a Cholo who will run off to his car. Follow the marker to catch up with the car. When you get close enough Phil will start shooting, although how he could hit anything in his drunken state is questionable. Eventually Phil will damage the car enough that it explodes. Don't be too close to the car when it does.

Now head to the Pay 'n' Spray marked on the map. Take Phil back to his place. Mission complete, you get $200 and a message from Phil opening up the next set of missions with his sister's husband, Marty. We'll see out the rest of the missions with Phil first.
