PHIL CASSIDY 3: Truck Stop

Phil's not drunk for a change, he's stoned. Take the car to the Beachcomber Hotel to pick up a couple of men for the upcoming drive-by shooting. Drive to the truck and stay close enough to let Phil and his men shoot it.

When instructed pull in front of the truck to make it stop. Phil will get in the truck and drive it back to his depot. You must follow closely to protect the truck from the chasing cars. The men in your car will do the shooting, just make sure you keep close to the truck.

When Phil gets back to the depot you've completed the mission and get $300. You'll get a message from Lance asking to meet up, but he won't arrive for a while yet, so we'll take another break to do another side mission before moving on to the Marty missions.

Stop off at your safehouse to save your game, the next mission is a long one and you don't want to risk losing your progress so far.
